Service Description

An interactive 3-day workshop where you will learn the fundamentals of workplace investigations. This will be an engaging interactive session where you will benefit from the input from experienced workplace investigators. Limited spaces available!

Cancellation Policy

The standard course fee is £995 per participant. The fee covers the cost of the training course, including lunch and refreshments provided over the 3 days. For bookings made more than 4 weeks in advance of the course there are two options: - Pay a £95 deposit online. An invoice for the balance will be sent and must be paid 4 weeks ahead of the course start date. - Send a booking enquiry for an invoice for the full amount, which must be paid within 14 days or 4 weeks ahead of the course (which ever comes sooner) For bookings made with less than 4 weeks notice, the full amount must be paid online. Participants who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute to attend in their place at no additional cost. Substitutions must be communicated at least 3 working days before the course start date. Due to the costs we have , any cancellations made by participants will be refunded according to the notice period provided: More than 4 weeks notice - 100% refund More than 2 weeks, up to 4weeks notice - 50% refund 2 weeks or less notice - 0% refund A 10% discount is available for the first 5 participants who sign up and pay in full. This reduces the course fee to £895.50 In the event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will have the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a full refund. The organiser is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
