Cancellation Policy

The standard course fee is £995 per participant. The fee covers the cost of the training course, including lunch and refreshments provided over the 3 days. For bookings made more than 4 weeks in advance of the course there are two options: - Pay a £95 deposit online. An invoice for the balance will be sent and must be paid 4 weeks ahead of the course start date. - Send a booking enquiry for an invoice for the full amount, which must be paid within 14 days or 4 weeks ahead of the course (which ever comes sooner) For bookings made with less than 4 weeks notice, the full amount must be paid online. Participants who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute to attend in their place at no additional cost. Substitutions must be communicated at least 3 working days before the course start date. Due to the costs we have , any cancellations made by participants will be refunded according to the notice period provided: More than 4 weeks notice - 100% refund More than 2 weeks, up to 4weeks notice - 50% refund 2 weeks or less notice - 0% refund An early bird discount of 10% is available until 31st October 2024. This reduces the course fee to £895.50 In the event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will have the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a full refund. The organiser is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
