Supportive is one of our values. We have selected a number of partners to collaborate with,

We are 3 remarkable women with a shared passion to help businesses and stakeholders on their respective journeys. We come from very different backgrounds, but our collective experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges faced from both sides of the employment relationship.

We write articles and create conversations about the nuances of work and life to make the workplace a little more human. Find out more.

Mast People Support were asked by Alice Bromwich, the founder of Peony and Magnolia to collaborate on her publication - Espresso.

The idea behind Espresso is to bring to the agenda, the tricky conversations that people shy away from. The spotlight feature for the article we contributed was raising awareness about domestic abuse and helping organisations to support their people.

"Thank you Mast People Support for your pledge to Safe & the City's crowdfunding campaign 'The Most Dangerous Word is Just'. With your support, you are helping make it easier for people to report on sexual gender-based violence, which remains unreported and therefore more difficult for us to prevent. We know from the expertise you provide you are also a part of this important change to make safer spaces in and outside workplaces.
