Why Attend?
Board members are accountable for handling investigations correctly.
When things go wrong, it can lead to personal liability, reputational damage, and financial risk.
This session - focusing particularly on NGOs and charities - will provide practical insights, legal considerations, and best practices to navigate investigations confidently.

Whether you are an experienced board member, or thinking of starting your journey as a board member, we know that this is an area that you are likely to have been given little guidance on. We will deliver invaluable insights to help ensure you know exactly what you need to do, when situations arise.

This event is an online lunch and learn. If you would prefer a bespoke course for your organisation, go to our Work With Us page.

Can You Answer These Three Questions?
How should you respond when sensitive information surfaces?
Does your directors' insurance cover errors in judgment related to investigations?
Regarding investigations, do you know your personal liability risks?

If you're unsure, you need to attend!
