Are AI grievances creating challenges for you?

We all know that artifical intelligence is reshaping the world of work, and pretty fast. Whilst this creates a world of opportunities, it is also can create challenges. We know that HR & People Professionals are navigating complex grievances with little support and even fewer spaces to talk openly. This is exactly why we created this roundtable.

This roundtable will be a small and intentional gathering for HR and People Professionals who are encountering AI grievances and want some where to discuss them. This won't be a lecture or a sales pitch. Just a genuine conversation, facilitated and focused, so we can all share with each other. Over the 2.5 hours we will:

Share what we're seeing - the grievances, tensions and challenges AI is surfacing
Hear from each other - you are not in this alone and other peoples expereinces are a useful resource
Explore solutions - practical ideas, approaches and frameworks that actually work
Build community - create connections with peers who get it and who you can turn to beyond the room

Who should attend?
This roundtable is for HR and People professionals who are:
Dealing with employee concerns or grievances related to AI in the workplace
Looking for peer support and a sounding board from others in similar roles
Wanting to stay informed, connected, and ahead of the curve

Whether you're deep in the detail or just beginning to encounter these issues, you belong here!

What to Expect
A safe, confidential and collaborative space where every voice matters. This is a roundtable, which means your expereince and perspective are valuable. We facilitate the disucssion but this is a community conversation not a presentation.
You will leave with
-
New Connections with peers facing the same challenges
-
Practical insights and ideas you can take away
-
A network you can continue to lean on
-
A clearer sense that you're not navigating this alone
