A note from the Facilitators

With over 20 years of experience in investigations, I have conducted investigations within the Law Enforcement, Retail, Supply Chain, Corporate, Not for Profit and Construction sectors. Having worked both in-house and as a consultant; in Investigation and HR roles, I bring a vast amount of experience and perspective. I am passionate about helping organisations to foster respectful workplace cultures and believe investigations are a big part of this. I am excited to share my insights and practical strategies with you.

I have a decade of experience conducting investigations into sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, and abuse of power in the public and third sector. I have carried out and overseen investigations in prisons for the Ministry of Justice, and across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe for international INGOs.  I have extensive experience supporting leadership teams and boards to problem solve high-risk concerns, supporting them to consider risks and communication pathways, while always ensuring a people-focused and trauma-informed response.  I look forward to helping you feel confident in your plan, should investigations arise.
