Cancellation Policy

The standard course fee is £995 per participant. The fee covers the cost of the training course, including lunch and refreshments provided over the day. When bookings are made you will be sent an invoice. This must be paid within 7 days or ahead of the course if booked within 7 days of the course. Participants who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute to attend in their place at no additional cost. Substitutions must be communicated at least 3 working days before the course start date. Due to the costs we have , any cancellations made by participants will be refunded according to the notice period provided: More than 4 weeks notice - 100% refund More than 2 weeks, up to 4weeks notice - 50% refund 2 weeks or less notice - 0% refund In the event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will have the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a full refund. The organiser is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
