We work with organisations to create engaging 1 hour sessions. These will explore the key components of the Workers Protection Act 2024, and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. We create bespoke material based on your organisation's risks and will discuss practical ways you can ensure your organisation is compliant and proactive in creating a safer environment for all.

With over 20 years of experience in investigations, I have handled numerous sexual harassment cases, in different roles. I have also led compliance initiatives to meet legal obligations. I’m passionate about helping organisations navigate complex investigations and fostering respectful workplace cultures. I am excited to share my insights and practical strategies to help you stay compliant and protect your employees.
